This is a VERY private but lovely property that can only be visited by “Family & Friends” and ‘Family & Friends of Friends with prior approval from the property owner Deborah. This means no one will have the address and directions to get there until just before the weekend.

There is plenty of level space with some great old-time buildings and basic amenities (several long-drop toilets & shower for those who need it), a creek running through the property and surrounded by bush. Eric and I have been there a couple of times and Des and Judy have also been there so feel free to ask any questions or information.

Fires are allowed and there are several designated fire pits. Firewood can be purchased for a small fee, or you are welcome to pick up any fallen branches in the bush. Birds and other wildlife are abundant in the area.

Deborah has a Kelpie (Rusty) who will visit everyone – and sleep on any available chair – so dogs are allowed but they MUST be on a lead at all times as there are cattle on the property.

There is a large covered area that we can use for Happy Hour or if the weather isn’t nice. It has seating and a huge fireplace for the cooler evenings.

I am sure I have missed some information, but feel free to email me or give me a call if you have a question.

Eric and I hope to Recce a drive for Sunday with a pub lunch somewhere for those who are interested but otherwise it will be a casual lazy weekend.

COST/DONATION: $10 per person per night and I think it’s half that for children but I will check that if need be. I will be collecting the ‘donations’ from everyone as this is a private event and only for club members to enjoy.

Please let me know if you will be attending or register your interest asap, so I need to supply numbers a week before the event.
