The Club holds meetings at regular intervals - usually at social events or on trips when many of the Club Members are in attendance. Members are advised by email when meetings are being held.

The Club's Annual General Meeting is usually held during April and is at the 4WD Qld Hall, 90 Muriel Avenue, Moorooka.
