ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – SATURDAY 9^TH MAY 2026

The Annual General Meeting of the Queensland Jeepers Club Inc. will be held on SATURDAY 9^TH MAY 2026 at 11.30am at the 4WD Qld Hall, 90 Muriel Avenue, Moorooka. A Club meeting will be held at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Pizza Lunch will be provided by the Club at the completion of the meetings.

To assist with planning for the AGM, please advise if you will be attending.

Any member wishing to submit a Notice of Motion must submit the Motion so that it is in the hands of the Secretary, 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. Notices may be emailed to the Secretary at info@queenslandjeepers.com.au.

ELECTION OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

All positions will be declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting and nominations are being called for the following Management Committee positions –

Ø  President

Ø  Vice-President

Ø  Treasurer

Ø  Secretary

Ø  Events Coordinator

Nominations for Management Committee positions need to be seconded by another club member and can be emailed, posted or handed to the Secretary 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. The form below can be used or emailed advice will be accepted.

APPOINTMENT OF SUB-COMMITTEE

Members can nominate to serve on the following Sub-Committee positions. Nominations for these positions should be emailed, posted or handed to the Secretary prior to the Annual General Meeting in order for appointment at the Annual General Meeting or at the next Management Committee meeting. The form below can be used for nomination, however does not require to be seconded or emailed advice will be accepted.
